                                                                                       ———— 关于欧洲党部及相关人事任命的决定

      为进一步推动中国海外民主运动的发展，加强欧洲地区党员的组织与协调，经中国民主党

全国联合总部（海外）（以下简称“总部”）认真研究，决定对中国民主党全国联合总部欧洲党

部领导班子作出调整。

现将欧洲党部领导成员名单公告如下：

• 主席：刘伟民

• 副主席：马迎来

• 副主席：李东澄

• 秘书长：林东漪

   中国民主党全国联合总部欧洲党部已在英国、法国、德国、荷兰、奥地利、新西兰、土耳其

等国家发展基层组织。本次调整，标志着总部在加强欧洲地区组织建设、推进海外民主力量协

同方面迈出了重要一步。

新一届欧洲党部领导集体将重点履行以下职责：

• 组织建设：完善欧洲各地区党员联络网络，推进组织规范化运作，维护党员合法权益。

• 民主宣传：向欧洲社会介绍中国民主运动的理念与主张，争取国际社会对中国民主进

程的理解与支持。

• 社会参与：依法、理性参与所在地社会事务，展现中国民主党人的责任意识与公共形

象。

   总部对刘伟民先生及其团队寄予期望，相信在新一届领导集体的带领下，欧洲党部将持续稳

步推进相关工作，为中国民主事业在海外的发展发挥积极作用。

Announcement of the China Democracy Party National United Headquarters (Overseas)

On the Decision Regarding the Establishment of the European Branch and Related Personnel 

Appointments

In order to further promote the development of the overseas Chinese democratic movement 

and strengthen organizational coordination among party members in Europe, the China 

Democracy Party National United Headquarters (Overseas) (hereinafter referred to as “the 

Headquarters”), after careful deliberation, has decided to adjust the leadership structure of the

 European Branch of the China Democracy Party National United Headquarters.

The leadership members of the European Branch are hereby announced as follows:

• Chairman: Liu Weimin

• Vice Chairman: Ma Yinglai

• Vice Chairman: Li Dongcheng

• Secretary-General: Lin Dongyi

The European Branch of the China Democracy Party National United Headquarters has 

established grassroots organizations in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the 

Netherlands, Austria, New Zealand, Türkiye, and other countries. This adjustment marks an 

important step by the Headquarters in strengthening organizational development in Europe and 

promoting coordination among overseas democratic forces.

The new leadership collective of the European Branch will focus on fulfilling the following 

responsibilities:

• Organizational Development: Improving communication networks among party 

members across Europe, advancing standardized organizational operations, and safeguarding 

the legitimate rights and interests of members.

• Democratic Advocacy: Introducing the principles and vision of the Chinese 

democratic movement to European societies and seeking understanding and support from the

 international community for China’s democratic process.

• Social Engagement: Participating lawfully and rationally in local social affairs, 

demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and a positive public image as members of the 

China Democracy Party.

The Headquarters places great expectations on Mr. Liu Weimin and his leadership team and

 believes that, under the guidance of the new leadership collective, the European Branch will 

continue to advance its work steadily and play an active role in the development of the Chinese

 democratic cause overseas.
