就伊朗民主運動遭受專制獨裁血腥鎮壓的嚴正聲明
當下，伊朗正在經歷一場關乎民族命運與人類尊嚴的嚴峻考驗。伊朗人民，尤其是青年、女性、知識分子與普通勞動者，正以前所未有的勇氣走上街頭，要求最基本的權利：生命的尊嚴、思想的自由、制度的改革與政權的問責。然而，回應他們的，卻是專制獨裁政權赤裸裸的暴力——槍口、監獄、酷刑、秘密處決與系統性的恐怖統治。
中國民主黨全國聯合總部對此表示最強烈的憤慨與最嚴厲的譴責。
伊朗當局正在以國家機器之名，對本國人民實施殘酷鎮壓。這種鎮壓並非“維穩”，而是對人類良知的公開挑戰；並非“執法”，而是對基本人權的系統性毀滅。我們清楚地看到：互聯網被切斷，新聞被封鎖，抗議者被隨意拘捕，年輕生命在黑暗中消失；婦女因拒絕屈從而遭到迫害，律師、記者和學者被噤聲，整個社會被強行拖回恐懼與沉默之中。
作為1989年“六四”天安門民主運動的參與者與倖存者，我們對這一切並不陌生。三十多年前，中國也曾有數以百萬計的青年和市民，懷著對自由、法治與民主的真誠信念，和平地聚集在公共廣場，呼喚改革與對話。然而，回應他們的，同樣是坦克、子彈和謊言；同樣是血腥清場、全面封鎖與歷史篡改。
正因為我們親身經歷過“八九六四”的悲劇，我們今天有責任、也有道義義務，向世界發出最嚴肅的警告：
如果國際社會再次選擇沉默、猶豫或以“內政”為藉口袖手旁觀，伊朗極有可能重演中國三十多年前的血腥慘劇。
歷史已經無數次證明：專制政權最害怕的不是抗議本身，而是國際社會的持續關注、制度性的壓力與道義上的孤立。一旦暴政確認世界“不會真正干預”，鎮壓就會升級，屠殺就會發生，謊言就會被寫成“官方歷史”。
我們必須明確指出：
今天的伊朗問題，並非宗教問題，也不僅是民族或文化問題，而是專制獨裁體制與人民基本權利之間的根本衝突。任何試圖將伊朗人民的抗爭簡化為“內部事務”或“秩序問題”的說法，都是對暴政的縱容，對受害者的背叛。
在此，中國民主黨全國聯合總部鄭重呼籲：
第一，呼籲聯合國及其人權機制立即採取行動，對伊朗當局的鎮壓行為展開獨立調查，追究下令和執行鎮壓者的個人責任，而非停留在空洞聲明。
第二，呼籲美國及西方軍事強國採取實質性措施，軍事打擊屠殺抗議群眾的邪惡政權！針對伊朗鎮壓機構血債累累的負責人實施定點清除，並制裁、凍結資產、限制出行，並為伊朗流亡人士與政治難民提供保護。
第三，呼籲國際媒體、學術界與公民社會持續關注伊朗局勢，打破信息封鎖，讓受壓迫者的聲音被世界聽見，不讓鮮血在沉默中被掩埋。
第四，呼籲全球民主運動彼此聲援、彼此學習。伊朗人民今天的抗爭，與中國、東歐、前蘇聯、阿拉伯之春以及世界各地的民主鬥爭，本質上是同一場對抗——人民對抗專制，良知對抗恐懼。
我們要鄭重聲明：
民主不會因鎮壓而消失，自由不會因子彈而終結。
專制政權或許可以暫時壓制街頭，但無法永久囚禁歷史的方向。
“六四”的血告訴我們，沉默本身也是一種共犯。今天，面對伊朗正在發生的一切，我們拒絕沉默。
我們與伊朗人民站在一起。
我們與所有爭取自由、尊嚴與民主的人站在一起。
歷史不會原諒屠殺者，
也不會寬恕冷漠的旁觀者。
不要讓伊朗成為下一個“八九六四”。

Solemn Statement on the Bloody Repression of the Iranian Democracy Movement
At present, Iran is undergoing a grave test concerning the destiny of its nation and the dignity of humanity. The Iranian people—especially young people, women, intellectuals, and ordinary workers—have taken to the streets with unprecedented courage to demand the most fundamental rights: the dignity of life, freedom of thought, institutional reform, and accountability of those in power. Yet what they face in response is the naked violence of an authoritarian dictatorship—guns, prisons, torture, secret executions, and systematic terror.
The China Democratic Party National United Headquarters (Overseas) expresses its strongest indignation and its most resolute condemnation.
Under the name of the state, the Iranian authorities are carrying out brutal repression against their own people. This is not “maintaining stability,” but an open challenge to human conscience; not “law enforcement,” but the systematic destruction of fundamental human rights. We clearly see: internet shutdowns, media censorship, arbitrary detentions, and young lives disappearing into darkness. Women are persecuted for refusing submission; lawyers, journalists, and scholars are silenced; and society is forcibly dragged back into fear and silence.
As participants and survivors of the 1989 June Fourth Tiananmen Democracy Movement, we are not unfamiliar with such scenes. More than thirty years ago, millions of Chinese citizens peacefully gathered to demand freedom, the rule of law, and democratic reform. They were met with tanks, bullets, and lies—followed by bloody suppression, total information blockade, and historical falsification.
Because we personally experienced the tragedy of June Fourth, we bear both responsibility and moral obligation to issue a serious warning to the world: if the international community once again chooses silence, hesitation, or excuses of “internal affairs,” Iran risks repeating the same bloody catastrophe.
History has repeatedly proven that what authoritarian regimes fear most is not protest itself, but sustained international attention, institutional pressure, and moral isolation. Once tyranny believes the world will not act, repression escalates, killings follow, and lies become “official history.”
We must state clearly: the crisis in Iran is not merely a religious, ethnic, or cultural issue. It is a fundamental conflict between authoritarian dictatorship and the basic rights of the people. Any attempt to reduce the Iranian people’s struggle to an “internal matter” or a “public order issue” is an act of appeasing tyranny and betraying the victims.
Calls to the International Community
1. We call on the United Nations and its human rights mechanisms to immediately initiate independent investigations into the repression carried out by the Iranian authorities and to hold both decision-makers and perpetrators individually accountable.
2. We call on the United States and Western democratic governments to take substantive measures against those responsible for violent repression, including sanctions, asset freezes, travel restrictions, and protection for Iranian exiles and political refugees.
3. We call on international media, academia, and civil society to continue exposing the truth, break through information blockades, and ensure that the voices of the oppressed are heard worldwide.
4. We call on global democratic movements to stand in solidarity and learn from one another. The Iranian people’s struggle today is part of the same global fight—people versus authoritarianism, conscience versus fear.
Declaration
Democracy will not disappear because of repression.
Freedom will not be ended by bullets.
Authoritarian regimes may temporarily suppress the streets, but they cannot imprison the direction of history.
The blood of June Fourth teaches us that silence itself is complicity. Today, in the face of what is happening in Iran, we refuse to remain silent.
We stand with the Iranian people.
We stand with all those who strive for freedom, dignity, and democracy.
History will not forgive the perpetrators of massacres,
nor will it absolve indifferent bystanders.
Do not let Iran become the next June Fourth.
