伦敦行纪实 ——在高温中坚定信念，在交流中凝聚力量

   2025年6月27日至30日，正值欧洲大陆遭遇罕见高温之际，我受“中国民主党全国联合总部（海外）”宁先华主席的委托，赴英国伦敦，参访我党英国委员会的同仁们。尽管酷暑难耐，此行却意义非凡，是一次在烈日下展开的坚定行程，更是一次在信念中深化的团结之旅。

  在伦敦期间，我受到了英国委员会主席马迎来、崔少华，以及组织部长章斌三位同仁的热情接待与全程陪同。他们不顾高温奔波，安排了多场深入交流与座谈，展现出海外民主阵营中坚份子的责任感与行动力。

    在为期三天的活动中，我们围绕“中国民主党全国联合总部（海外）”的建立历史、发展脉络，以及当前海外民主运动中出现的“山头林立、另立旗帜”等复杂现象，进行了严肃且坦率的讨论。通过回顾和厘清我党的历史沿革与组织原则，大家对党的根本宗旨、战略方向以及全联总（海外）的历史正当性和现实必要性，有了更加深入的认识与共识。

    更令人欣慰的是，在此次会议上，我接受了马迎来主席的郑重推荐，正式任命年富力强、思想坚定的黄俊先生，担任“中国民主党全国联合总部（海外）”英国委员会副主席一职。我们期盼黄俊副主席能在今后的工作中积极作为，奉献他的智慧与热忱，团结并发展更多有志之士，为壮大我们在英国的民主力量注入新动能。

   当然，我们也清醒地认识到：当前我们的事业依旧面临重重困难，党务工作尚有许多待完善之处，组织架构、制度建设和各类设施也亟需健全。当今干实事，不仅需要热情，更需要一个有活力的平台，而这正是我们在此次交流中达成的重要共识。

    任重道远，我们还有许多路要走。唯有联合好所有反共力量，才能汇聚最广泛的民主合力，共同应对未来更艰巨的挑战。我们坚信，全联总（海外）英国委员会一定能够不断发扬光大，在历史的长河中书写出属于我们的光荣篇章。

  在高温中坚持，在现实中清醒，在理想中前行。这是我此行伦敦最深刻的体会。

Record of the Journey to London

— Holding Firm in the Heat, Uniting Strength Through Exchange

From June 27 to 30, 2025, as the European continent experienced an unprecedented heatwave, I traveled to London, UK, entrusted by Chairman Ning Xianhua of the China Democracy Party National Headquarters (Overseas) (CDP), to visit comrades of our Party’s UK Committee. Despite the scorching heat, this trip was of extraordinary significance—a steadfast journey carried out under the blazing sun, and one that deepened unity through shared conviction.

During my stay in London, I was warmly welcomed and accompanied throughout by three comrades: Ma Yinglai, Chairman of the UK Committee; Cui Shaohua; and Zhang Bin, the Minister of Organization. Despite the intense heat, they worked tirelessly to arrange a series of in-depth exchanges and discussions, fully demonstrating the sense of responsibility and action characteristic of the core members of the overseas democratic movement.

Over the course of the three days of activities, we engaged in serious and candid discussions on the founding history and development trajectory of the China Democracy Party National Headquarters (Overseas), as well as the complex phenomena currently appearing within the overseas democracy movement, such as factionalism and the establishment of rival banners. By reviewing and clarifying our Party’s historical evolution and organizational principles, everyone developed a deeper understanding and consensus regarding the Party’s fundamental mission, strategic direction, and the historical legitimacy and practical necessity of the CDP National Headquarters (Overseas).

What was even more gratifying was that during this meeting, upon the solemn recommendation of Chairman Ma Yinglai, I officially appointed Mr. Huang Jun—young, energetic, and resolute in his ideals—to serve as Vice Chairman of the CDP National Headquarters (Overseas) UK Committee. We look forward to Vice Chairman Huang Jun making proactive contributions in his future work, dedicating his wisdom and enthusiasm, uniting and attracting more like-minded individuals, and injecting fresh momentum into strengthening our democratic presence in the UK.

Of course, we also remain soberly aware that our cause still faces many difficulties. There is much work yet to be improved in our Party’s operations, and the organizational structures, systems, and various facilities urgently need to be further developed. In today’s efforts, it is not enough to rely on passion alone—a vibrant platform is essential. This was an important consensus reached through this exchange.

The road ahead is long, and there is much work yet to do. Only by uniting all anti-CCP forces can we gather the broadest possible democratic strength to face the even more arduous challenges ahead. We firmly believe that the CDP National Headquarters (Overseas) UK Committee will continue to grow and flourish, and will write its own glorious chapter in the long river of history.

Persisting in the heat, remaining clear-eyed in reality, and advancing in the pursuit of ideals—this is the deepest impression I take away from my journey to London.

Once again, I sincerely thank all the comrades of the CDP UK Committee for their warm hospitality and full companionship. Brothers, you have worked hard!
